EXCHANGE / RETURN CONDITIONS:
The consumer has the right to return the product of proper quality to the seller from whom it was purchased, if the product did not satisfy him in shape, size, style, color or size.
The consumer has the right to exchange a product of improper quality for a similar product without defects, if available, or to choose another product from the range for the same amount.
The consumer has the right to exchange or return the product within fourteen days from the date of receipt of the order, provided that the sales receipt is available, the product is in good condition, all tags and original packaging are preserved.
The costs of delivery, exchange and return of products are paid by the buyer.
THEY ARE NOT SUBJECT TO EXCHANGE AND RETURN:
- Products that have been in use; Products that have been used in photo and video shoots.
- Products that have defects in the form of damage, stains, or perfume.
- items that have been dry-cleaned or laundered.
- Products from which tags and labels have been cut off.
- Underwear, swimwear.
- Products delivered outside the territory of Ukraine (international delivery).

The advice of the manager on the selection of clothing size, as well as information on the site about product measurements, is for informational purposes only and does not guarantee accurate sizing. A size that does not fit is not a ground for a brand’s claim.
THE PROCEDURE FOR MAKING AN EXCHANGE/REFUND:
1. Report the exchange/return in a way convenient for you: by e-mail to info@plekai.com, or in our Instagram.

- the reason for the exchange/return
- in case of exchange, indicate the name of the product and the size for which you would like to exchange
- wait for a reply letter
2. Check for damage, tags and labels. Neatly pack the products that need to be exchanged / returned to the original packaging.
You can use the “easy return” service from Nova Poshta https://novaposhta.ua/lp/ – then the exchange or return service will be free for you. In other cases, the buyer pays the shipping costs for the exchange and return of products.

4. Please note that the seller has the right to refuse to exchange/return the goods if the terms and conditions specified in this section are not met.
5. Information about the exchange/return will be sent to the buyer within 7 days from the date of receipt by the seller of the products. If the exchange or refund is approved, we will apply for a refund at that time, and you will be notified by a corresponding letter to the e-mail address you provided at the time of ordering and will receive a link to a fiscal check for the refund.
As a rule, the refund is made immediately or within a few days after submitting such an application. However, banks reserve the right to execute such a payment transaction within 30 days.
